Martha’s Corp – Legit or Scam?

I came across a critical review of Martha’s Corp on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘Tax Service’.

DirtyScam allows anonymous submission of complaints from angry consumers and victims of scams. Since the website is hosted offshore (probably in Russia or India), we take this (negative) review against Martha’s Corp with a pinch of salt.

Here is what the review says –

I went to do my taxes on 01/19/2018 and I juts realized they charged me 30% more for a service I have had been receiving for the last 4-5 years.I did not discuss the price due to “the trust” I had build with these people. My ex-husband has been doing the taxes with them for many many years.When I called to ask why the person mentioned he had discussed the price with me,which did not happen because I handed him my debit card.Then he went on saying that since last year they had “increased their prices” which was a total lie.When I mentioned that an increase of 30% seemed abusive to me he said “they are privileged because they can raise their prices however they want”.NEVER GOING BACK THERE! I always told my friends and family to go and do their taxes there but not anymore.

It is difficult to ascertain whether Martha’s Corp is a Scam, or Legit, based on this single review. In the coming weeks/days, I will try to research deeper into Martha’s Corp, analyze and list more critical reviews and identify a pattern (or lack of) to substantiate the claim mentioned above.
