New Serenity Spa – Legit or Scam?

I came across a critical review of New Serenity Spa on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘Not worth the money you spend’.

DirtyScam allows anonymous submission of complaints from angry consumers and victims of scams. Since the website is hosted offshore (probably in Russia or India), we take this (negative) review against New Serenity Spa with a pinch of salt.

Here is what the review says –

I received a gift certificate for my birthday for a Hydra Facial and was so excited. I booked the appointment and was a little late arriving. It was supposed to be 30 minutes and ended up being more like 22. The treatment costs $149.00!Not worth the money you spend. I was rushed and was never made to feel relaxed or “serene”. Only one product was applied to my face their reasoning being “those products cost a lot of money”.Well, so does the treatment. Spend the extra $50 and go to the Well & Bing Spa at the Princess and get a 60 minute treatment. I won’t e going back or recommending this to anyone.
