I prepared my taxes for the first time at Nova Financial with Norma (the owner) this year and she seemed extremely up to date and knowledgeable with the latest tax laws.She gave me options of what I could do. Months later i was audited by the IRS and now I owe some money.That is not the problem that I have with NOVA as it is my responsibility to pay the taxes.The issue at hand is that I turned to Norma for advise regarding the letter from the IRS in September and it is now December and I have not been able to get a hold of her.I have called her repeatedly, left messages, showed up to her office with no avail.The staff at NOVA Financial lacks customer service satisfaction.How is a customer supposed to develop a healthy relationship with his/her Tax preparer if they do not follow up? If I could, I would not even give NOVA 1 star.If you are looking for guidance and professional service please go elsewhere to prepare your taxes.
