Novant Health Uptown Primary Care is a very cold and unfriendly office. At my most recent visit, I arrived 10 minutes late.I waited 5 minutes for a gentleman in front of me who was checking out, and then I was told by the lady at the front desk I’d have to leave and reschedule for being more than 10 minutes late.She even tried to argue with me saying I had just walked in and that I hadn’t been standing there.She went as far as to roll her eyes and say, “Well, let me see your parking ticket, then,” as if she wanted to check the time stamp and see if I was lying.I have never been treated so rudely by front desk staff anywhere.By the time she finished arguing with me, I was 20 minutes past my appointment time.She went to check with the doctor to see if he could still see me, and he said no.He was aware that I had been fasting for the appointment, so that showed a genuine lack of concern for me as a patient.I would strongly advise staying away from Novant Health Uptown Primary Care.
