I came across a critical review of Professional Account Management on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘Professional Account Management Is A Sham’.
DirtyScam allows anonymous submission of complaints from angry consumers and victims of scams. Since the website is hosted offshore (probably in Russia or India), we take this (negative) review against Professional Account Management with a pinch of salt.
Here is what the review says –
Professional Account Management is a sham. They are belligerent and one of their reps was impossible to understand. They billed me $51.50 for a $1.50 toll on the GSP that was actually paid and I have the EZ pass statement showing it was paid.I told two women this but she said I still had to pay it or send in a letter, along with the entire months EZ pass statement and once they get all the info they will take 30-60 days to review it.I said let me just scan it and email it or fax it to you. They refused.I asked to speak with someone in the executive office and she refused.I asked to speak with her superior and she said she had many.I then asked to speak with any of them and she refused. This company is a disgrace and I am filing a complaint
