I came across a critical review of Realty Concepts on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘Don't settle for an incompetent realtor’.
DirtyScam allows anonymous submission of complaints from angry consumers and victims of scams. Since the website is hosted offshore (probably in Russia or India), we take this (negative) review against Realty Concepts with a pinch of salt.

Best advice; RUN!! There are tons of other real estate companies and agents to work with, I wouldnt advise someone I despise to do business with Realty Concepts.Sold our first home in last year.Realtor from Realty Concepts came recommended through home builder that we were purchasing new home with.She was a NIGHTMARE! On one occasion sent drunk texts late at night, later apologized for it; threw belongings away in the trash canThen used key to reenter home and pull them back out once asked about it; called and yelled at us on the phone on two occasions;Pitched a great deal that she was completely unable to deliver aka lied to lock the listing, then within days started pushing a $20k price drop;Lied when presenting the offer which cost us $10k+; cost us another few thousand when the weak buyer stalled for over a month past close date on signing papers,She did NOTHING on our behalf! Felt like she was working more for the buyer and the builder than for us.Would only say stay away from the realtor if it wasnt for the fact that out of desperation we went to speak with the “president of the company who basically told us,”Sucks but, theres nothing you can do except for get over it and finish the deal with her. Should have just walked out and cancelled the sale and went with someone else.But you live and learn.Would highly recommend if its not already clear, GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!There are tons of amazing realtors who will work for you and represent you accordingly in a professional and pleasant way;Dont settle for an incompetent realtor backed by a company who condones an employee sending a client drunken texts at 12am!

It is difficult to ascertain whether Realty Concepts is a Scam, or Legit, based on this single review. In the coming weeks/days, I will try to research deeper into Realty Concepts, analyze and list more critical reviews and identify a pattern (or lack of) to substantiate the claim mentioned above.
Regardless, until then, we give the benefit of doubt to the reviewer and list Realty Concepts as someone you need to avoid (for now).
