Roman Realtors – Legit or Scam?

I came across a critical review of Roman Realtors on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘Horrible Customer Service’.

DirtyScam allows anonymous submission of complaints from angry consumers and victims of scams. Since the website is hosted offshore (probably in Russia or India), we take this (negative) review against Roman Realtors with a pinch of salt.

Here is what the review says –

Roman Realtors is unprofessional and horrible at what they do. Sergio Ruiz, does not return your calls, takes forever to do your loan, avoids contact with you, your realtor and even his own clients and makes excuses and promises on why something is not done.I have never had such an awful experience with a real estate company. It took us over 90 days to close on our house, mind you it was supposed to be a 35 day escrow and this company didn’t even close the deal….we had to have it turned over to our lender in order for it to close.Minus the fact that his clients had to rent hotels and storage while he took his sweet time and we lost money off of our NET because of his act of prolonging the deal.DO NOT use this company for your buying or selling needs…..absolute horrible customer service skills and cannot get the deal closed to save their life.I repeat DO NOT use them….you will be sorry.

Regardless, until then, we give the benefit of doubt to the reviewer and list Roman Realtors as someone you need to avoid (for now).
