I came across a critical review of Ruben M. Ruiz,CPA’s on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘The Worst Experiences’.

Had the worst experience with Bernard Ruelas one of the CPA. First my wife and I had an appointment for 2: 00 pm on 2-17-18, when we arrived we were told to leave our papers and did not get to sit down and really ask questions about our return.He missed a lot of deductibles that the other CPA we took our returns to on 2-19-18 Monday. I can’t believed this person works that way.We had a lot of questions because we sold and bought a house. He told us that the fee would be $250.00 but when we showed to pick up returns on Monday he charged us $275.00, Boy talked about getting screw. Stay away from this business.
