This business has the WORST customer service and support I have ever encountered.If you are looking for home warranty providers, my suggestion is to stay away from Stanley Warranty. They claim a 24×7 emergency availability for claims however, you can never reach anybody in their offices. After hours the emergency number provided just rings and hangs up.This was my first interaction with the company since signing up for a home service warranty and after an emergency situation, i have still not been able to reach or get a response from a single person in over 24 hours. I have tried every possible number/emails listed on their site, including those listed in the contract for emergencies.This company is a complete scam and do not care about the customer or any level of service.I encourage you to try calling customer service or claims number on their site prior to signing up.
