Sun Design Remodeling Specialists – Legit or Scam?

I came across a critical review of Sun Design Remodeling Specialists on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘I am very disappointed with their service.’.

DirtyScam allows anonymous submission of complaints from angry consumers and victims of scams. Since the website is hosted offshore (probably in Russia or India), we take this (negative) review against Sun Design Remodeling Specialists with a pinch of salt.

I am very disappointed with their service. They came in few weeks ago to do an estimate on our old kitchen. Their advertisement and promotional deals were just to get your attention because none of them didn’t apply to what we were trying to do with our old kitchen. My wife was very excited about remodeling our kitchen so i thought i should at least see what they can offer. YES, we were shocked how much they brought to our table after we discussed about our budget limit. They were just trying sell, sell, sell, and was not willing to meet our needs. Roger who called himself director or owner was very rude and said “if you can’t afford this then you might want to find other remodeling place who can match your budget…” It seemed as though they offer BEST QUALITY = high cost = WRONG!!! He is basically saying sun design is not place for you if you can not afford it…Week after, we made an appointment with other remodeling place and got an estimate for our kitchen and picked out same quality materials and they offered us reasonable price with excellent service. yes, it was slighty over out budget but cost difference were shocking comepare to sun design. Beware of this place…
