Horrible company. PLEASE AVOID Synchrony Bank Credit Card Services! They do not notify you on any due date.Even when i consistently re enable the notification to inform me on the due date.Text and email options are so horrible . They don’t even WORK!! Then they put your minimum payment WAY up .When you call you have to go through a long process to talk to someone.Their automated system is HORRIBLE. you cannot by pass one ting at all to talk to a real person. After you finally get through.They tell that they’ll take off the late fee but your minimum due is still WAY UP.They’ll take off your late fee from the balance itself. What company does this ??? All companies whether credit, cable, phone or gas will deduct from the monthly payment.It is a late charge. why would you take off from my overall balance ? Please EVERYONE AVOID THIS COMPANY.Do not take out any form of credit from this shady creditor. If you have one. CLOSE IT.
