The Arlington Bank – Legit or Scam?

I came across a critical review of The Arlington Bank on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘Horrible Customer Service’.

DirtyScam allows anonymous submission of complaints from angry consumers and victims of scams. Since the website is hosted offshore (probably in Russia or India), we take this (negative) review against The Arlington Bank with a pinch of salt.

Here is what the review says –

The Arlington Bank’s customer service for mortgages is absolutely horrible.Brian Hitchcock promised to have paperwork to me four different occasions and didn’t follow through. Not even a “Hey sorry I’ll have it to you by tomorrow”- just nothing.Ignored emails and even had the nerve to hit the ignore button on his cell… Maybe you get good customer service if you’re borrowing more than I am- but his unprofessional behavior may cause me to have to break my contract.
