The Hollingsworth Group – Legit or Scam?

I came across a critical review of The Hollingsworth Group on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘Wast Of Time’.

DirtyScam allows anonymous submission of complaints from angry consumers and victims of scams. Since the website is hosted offshore (probably in Russia or India), we take this (negative) review against The Hollingsworth Group with a pinch of salt.

Here is what the review says –

In a word – Lame. First of all they had a “too good to be true” apartment listed online that they were the contacts for that didn’t really exist, that got me in touch with The Hollingsworth Group.After swearing it wasn’t a bait and switch they got me in touch with Sharon Nickey who sent me a gazzillion listings one email at a time, so I asked her nicely to not bombard me like that.When she wrote back, rather than cutting and copying these emails into one she completely ignored my response and asked what property I wanted to see.When I called her on not reading my last email, she said she never got my last email – so I sent it to her with the date and time she actually got it.She went on to say I was being rude and not the kind of client she wanted.I get it’s a seller’s market but please already. I’m in sales – stop wasting my time and I won’t waste yours.Sharon Nickey – give her a call if you like being treated like a mark by a thin skinned amateur.

It is difficult to ascertain whether The Hollingsworth Group is a Scam, or Legit, based on this single review. In the coming weeks/days, I will try to research deeper into The Hollingsworth Group, analyze and list more critical reviews and identify a pattern (or lack of) to substantiate the claim mentioned above.

Regardless, until then, we give the benefit of doubt to the reviewer and list The Hollingsworth Group as someone you need to avoid (for now).
