The Income Tax Center – Legit or Scam?

I came across a critical review of The Income Tax Center on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘Very Unprofessional’.

DirtyScam allows anonymous submission of complaints from angry consumers and victims of scams. Since the website is hosted offshore (probably in Russia or India), we take this (negative) review against The Income Tax Center with a pinch of salt.

Comments don’t match what I experienced. Felt rushed after Alex stated her next appointment came early.When I e-mailed her my last tax return- she reacted sarcastically when I asked her to delete email when we were done.Hard to find office when there’s 2 different business names in one office.Wasted my time and went to a recommend CPA in Artesia.Found her condescending and unprofessional especially when stating my finances with the door open and customer in hear shot.New customers beware. Not recommending to friends/ family.

It is difficult to ascertain whether The Income Tax Center is a Scam, or Legit, based on this single review. In the coming weeks/days, I will try to research deeper into The Income Tax Center, analyze and list more critical reviews and identify a pattern (or lack of) to substantiate the claim mentioned above.

Regardless, until then, we give the benefit of doubt to the reviewer and list The Income Tax Center as someone you need to avoid (for now).
