Think Real Estate – Legit or Scam?

I came across a critical review of Think Real Estate on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘An Extreme Lack Of Professionalism’.

DirtyScam allows anonymous submission of complaints from angry consumers and victims of scams. Since the website is hosted offshore (probably in Russia or India), we take this (negative) review against Think Real Estate with a pinch of salt.

I would definitely think twice before using Think Real Estate. As someone who has been involved in several real estate transactions, working with Melinda Hood makes me think it could not be worse.If you need a realtor who tells the truth, returns phone calls, or does what they say they are going to do, this is not the firm for you.An extreme lack of professionalism, follow through, communication, and really understanding of how business works.Really – stay away and save yourself the frustration! This review has nothing to do with making an offer and not getting the property.I have no problem with not getting a property when it is handled ethically and professionally by the listing agent – which was not the case here.A listing agent who won’t communicate, doesn’t follow through and doesn’t tell the truth is unacceptable, and thats what you can expect here.

It is difficult to ascertain whether Think Real Estate is a Scam, or Legit, based on this single review. In the coming weeks/days, I will try to research deeper into Think Real Estate, analyze and list more critical reviews and identify a pattern (or lack of) to substantiate the claim mentioned above.

Regardless, until then, we give the benefit of doubt to the reviewer and list Think Real Estate as someone you need to avoid (for now).
