We needed someone for a complicated tax return; someone with experience and extensive knowledge too. After checking the reviews, we went with Mr. Hald.He did the work, but just enough. It was nothing special. Initially we thought he was very reserved, but soon realized that we just didnt get the best vibe from him.He made us feel very uncomfortable each time we met with him.On one occasion, we had to reschedule an appt and called and spoke to the receptionist to arrange this.The day after the original appt (that was canceled in plenty of time), Tim called me and yelled at me for not showing up and for wasting his time.After I told him I had rearranged the appt with the receptionist, he was able to confirm this. Never once did he apologize.It was completely unprofessional behavior. We only stayed with him out of desperation, but decided to leave immediately after this incident. We do not recommend his services.
