Top Driver Driving School Reviews – Legit or Scam?

I came across a critical review of Top Driver Driving School Reviews on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘Be very careful with dangerous program of top driver driving Sch’.

DirtyScam allows anonymous submission of complaints from angry consumers and victims of scams. Since the website is hosted offshore (probably in Russia or India), we take this (negative) review against Top Driver Driving School Reviews with a pinch of salt.

Here is what the review says –

On 8th Nov, 2016 I paid $395 for the program which was described on a website like “This Program Offer Teens an online course for 24 hours along with interactive driving training for eight hours”. It was also mentioned that such course meet the minimum training needs of the State. Soon my daughter started with those online instructions as well as in few weeks she tried for the schedule to attend the in-car-driving appointments. But she was not able to avail such things during the next year. She could have received her driving license by 20th Jan, 2016 once she was able to complete the relevant course. In December she finally managed to book her first appointment. She was pretty much concerned that she is not going to receive the license on or before her birthday. She also received a call and they told her that she need to call back afterwards and may get her license during the end of Oct.After this I tried hard to get an online booking on the basis of the same result for the non-available appointments. I tried those numbers on that website so that I can ask for a refund and can buy the driving license through another program. I was also mentioned to ask with the local officials who deal with similar matters. My call on 614-865-3573 was attended by Tammy and I was mentioned to wait till she can receive the schedules from the concerned drivers who were already busy with other jobs. She also told that she will try to get the drivers done by November. However, I strongly mentioned her for a refund. Soon, she came up with an answer that I need to submit the request which may take three to five days for getting confirmed that whether or not my request was approved. When I asked her who will attend this request, she took the name of John. So, I submitted the request. After this I called concerned office at Cleveland while asking them for refunding the fund directly to me rather than asking me to wait for the approval. A woman at that office mentioned me that Tammy has already filled out that paper work. John the man at charge was not available at the office and he will get back after a week. They have another manager named Tom who was supposed to look after this case but he was also not available. She mentioned me that Tom may call you by tomorrow. From the number 330-606-5611, Tom texted me after some hours while asking questions related to the progress of Abby with her online classes. But I strongly recommended him for the refund.Thereafter he texted me for some time and finally mentioned me that Abby enrolled with that course on 8th Nov 2016 and having one more driver schedule during December. He also mentioned me that they have not even conducted drives during Oct and Nov. he mentioned me that he will try to schedule one driver for my daughter or they will refund $200. I denied going for that schedule and the refund of $200 is simply unacceptable as I have paid $395. That driving portion online was listed as 300 dollar on their website. I requested them for a refund of $300 as well as allow my daughter to complete the course without further drives or they can come up with a complete refund of $395.I follow that Tom’s number the next morning but soon I come across a voicemail that mentioned me to call back later. After this I received texts about authorize.net along with a credit amount of $275. This company was supposed to get drives sometime between three weeks. That site appeared as a merchant site to me and was not really a valid platform to get the money back. I hold up to my statement like either they will refund me $300 and allow accessing that online course or they can refund full $395 and terminate the deal completely. I also mentioned to get back that money by check or they can credit it to my account directly. I am yet to get any response. It’s 9/22/2016 and I have already tried to go for that virtual chat on topdriver.com. All the number they have provided are the exhausted ones. I have even tried Tom’s number who was mentioned as the owner of their Ohio office.
