USA Income Tax Services – Legit or Scam?

I came across a critical review of USA Income Tax Services on a Scam Reporting website – DirtyScam.com, titled ‘The mistakes’.

DirtyScam allows anonymous submission of complaints from angry consumers and victims of scams. Since the website is hosted offshore (probably in Russia or India), we take this (negative) review against USA Income Tax Services with a pinch of salt.

This preparer USA Income Tax Services did around 10 years of our taxes and made mistakes all 10 years. We have received letters for the last 3 years from the IRS due to these mistakes.After he corrected two past years of them we then heard from IRS again this past year and I called him.His receptionist answered and said she would give him the message so as I was preparing to send him the IRS letter.I get a letter from him stating we were asking a level of service he can’t provide then dropped us as clients.Tax preparers should fix the mistakes.This preparer did not.

It is difficult to ascertain whether USA Income Tax Services is a Scam, or Legit, based on this single review.
